2. Description of Services

VoiceMatrixAI provides AI-powered communication and workflow automation services including, but not limited to: AI voice agents, Inbound and outbound communication systems, Appointment scheduling, CRM integrations, Workflow automations, Lead qualification systems, Business communication infrastructure. The Services may evolve, change, or expand over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use VoiceMatrixAI services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Access

You may be required to create an account or provide information to access certain Services. You are responsible for: Maintaining account security, Restricting unauthorized access, All activity occurring under your account, Maintaining accurate information. VoiceMatrixAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceMatrixAI for: Illegal activities, Spam or abusive communications, Fraudulent behavior, Unauthorized data collection, Harmful or misleading activities, Attempts to disrupt platform operations, Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying of the Services.

6. AI & Automation Disclaimer

VoiceMatrixAI uses AI-powered systems and automation technologies to support communication workflows and operational processes. AI-generated responses, automations, or outputs may not always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every situation. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and managing how VoiceMatrixAI systems are used within their business operations.

7. Integrations & Third-Party Services

VoiceMatrixAI may integrate with third-party platforms and providers including: CRM systems, Scheduling platforms, Communication providers, Workflow automation tools, Analytics providers. Use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies. VoiceMatrixAI is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, or platform changes outside our control.

8. Payments & Billing

Certain VoiceMatrixAI services may require payment, subscriptions, custom agreements, or usage-based pricing. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Pricing and billing may vary depending on: Integrations, Usage, Workflow complexity, Automation requirements, Support levels. By purchasing services through VoiceMatrixAI, you also agree to applicable third-party payment processor terms and policies. VoiceMatrixAI does not directly store full payment card information on its servers. Unless otherwise stated in writing: Fees are non-refundable, Services may be suspended for unpaid balances, Pricing may change with notice.

9. Intellectual Property

VoiceMatrixAI and all related platform materials, branding, software, workflows, designs, and systems remain the property of VoiceMatrixAI. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users beyond limited authorized access to the Services.

10. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their business data and content submitted through the platform. By using the Services, customers grant VoiceMatrixAI limited rights necessary to: Operate the platform, Process workflows, Provide integrations, Support automations, Maintain system functionality.

11. Privacy

Use of VoiceMatrixAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to our data handling and privacy practices.

12. Service Availability

VoiceMatrixAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. Platform availability may be affected by: Maintenance, Infrastructure providers, Third-party integrations, Network conditions, System updates.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMatrixAI shall not be liable for: Indirect damages, Lost profits, Business interruption, Data loss, Revenue loss, Operational disruption, Third-party claims arising from use of the Services. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

14. Termination

VoiceMatrixAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for: Violations of these Terms, Misuse of the platform, Non-payment, Abusive behavior, Security concerns. Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

VoiceMatrixAI may update or modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
